What You'll Do

• Set up and adjust the extruder and subsequent lines, ensuring smooth operation.
• Independently monitor the ongoing production process for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Take responsibility for the quality production of our products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field is desirable but not mandatory; we welcome career changers.
• Strong teamwork and resilience under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing.
