What You'll Do

• Monitor freight movement to ensure customer needs are met, acting as a proactive problem solver.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Utilize CargoWise and OnTime360 software to maintain accurate records of shipments.
• Prepare reports and invoices for management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a liaison between operations and customers regarding all shipment details.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background check.

Nice to Have

• Experience with logistics software such as CargoWise and OnTime360.
• Knowledge of freight and shipping regulations.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
