What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve lien issues through effective negotiation and communication with clients and third parties.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support lien resolution efforts.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document and analyze lien cases and client communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share insights and strategies for successful lien resolution.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in lien resolution, legal research, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in claims adjusting or loss mitigation is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mortgage or payroll operations.
• Knowledge of multi-state regulations related to lien resolution.
• Coaching or teaching experience in a legal or negotiation context.
