What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal operations technology.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
  • Ensure data security and integrity across all legal operations.
  • Support project management efforts related to technology implementation and upgrades.
  • Assist in training staff on new technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal operations or technology project management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data security protocols and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Addepar or similar financial software.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical informatics.
