About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Technical Support to join our team at Resideo. This Lead Technical Support remote position will focus on providing exceptional service to our customers in the Swedish market. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while driving profitability through effective technical support.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed project scopes to summarize system functionality tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct remote site surveys to assess conditions and identify potential challenges.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Deliver engaging webinar training courses to educate clients and team members.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports to document project progress.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share insights and improve service quality.
  • Assist Outside Sales in assessing project functionality and creating accurate bills of materials.
  • Provide guidance on installation methods and procedures to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Fire and Security systems.
  • Experience with video and intrusion-related products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Local accreditations relevant to the products supported.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish is a must.

Nice to Have

  • Networking skills or background in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
