About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Lead Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Nsight. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting our diverse range of telecommunications solutions. As a Lead Retail Sales Consultant remote, you will actively connect with guests, helping them find the perfect technology solutions that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving sales and retention goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and operational knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates and customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Execute customer service delivery processes accurately and efficiently, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Proactively retain customers through rate plan analysis, outbound calls, and presenting renewal offerings while adhering to company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette and sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in interpersonal skills such as conflict management, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows, with the ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math.

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
