About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Maximus Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our health technology solutions. You will lead a team of QA engineers, implementing best practices in automated testing and quality assurance to enhance our CI/CD pipelines and overall product quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the QA strategy and execution for our health technology products, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Oversee performance testing and API testing to validate system integrity and functionality.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails and React testing frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in software testing.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience in telehealth or customer support environments.
  • Knowledge of financial strategy and budget planning.
