About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Platform Engineer with Python and AWS experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing our internal software engineering capabilities. As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will work closely with development teams to create tools and workflows that streamline application deployment and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design and build internal platforms that support software engineering teams in deploying applications seamlessly.
• Collaborate with engineers to solve complex technical challenges and create high-impact solutions.
• Develop reusable components and automation frameworks that empower engineering teams to work more efficiently.
• Utilize your expertise in Python and AWS to enhance cloud-native application management.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform engineering.
• Proficient in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams.

Nice to Have

• AWS certification is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
