Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on global payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, particularly SAP, and advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing payroll projects.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
