• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and taxation.
• Manage payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and deliver training programs on payroll processes and systems for team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on global payroll operations.
• Proficiency in payroll software, particularly SAP, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience in leading teams and managing payroll projects.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
