About the Role

Humana is hiring a full-time Lead Interoperability Product Owner to join our innovative team working remotely from the United States. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of interoperability solutions that enhance our healthcare services. As a Lead Interoperability Product Owner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, specifically in interoperability or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of interoperability standards and frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering successful products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
