About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at ndx human capital solutions. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while also providing opportunities to collaborate in our Oshkosh, WI office. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and present analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in data science.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Azure Databricks, Power BI, Python, and R.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Understanding of supply chain functions and business processes.

Nice to Have

  • Master's or doctorate degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with LLM and front-end web app development.
  • Experience with Power Platforms.
