About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team at HubSpot. In this remote position, you will oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and retention while fostering deep relationships with clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise-level accounts, focusing on strategic customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving to help customers realize the full value of HubSpot's offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored success plans.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews and strategic consultations to clients.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Travel onsite to deliver strategic consulting engagements as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a significant impact on business areas such as program development and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
  • Proven track record managing accounts with a minimum of $6-8M ARR.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management expertise and experience with risk management strategies.
  • Autonomous and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer relationship management software.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role.
