What You'll Do

• Lead complex Epic-based revenue integrity initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Conduct operational and workflow assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into Epic system design and configuration plans.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables effectively.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across finance, compliance, and clinical leadership.
• Oversee testing, training, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure revenue improvement outcomes.
• Drive change management and user adoption.
• Travel onsite up to 25% for critical milestones and go-lives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• 5+ years leading Epic Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity initiatives.
• Direct experience improving charge capture, coding accuracy, denials reduction, clean claim rate, and reimbursement performance.
• Hands-on or leadership experience with Epic revenue cycle modules.
• Proven success leading enterprise or multi-site healthcare implementations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a consulting/contract environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional healthcare management software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
