About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Creative Producer to join Ruby Labs in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead Creative Producer, you will oversee the entire creative production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our innovative consumer products across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ad creative production across all formats, ensuring pixel-perfect design and performance-focused execution.
• Design and enforce a creative workflow that maintains production speed while upholding quality standards.
• Provide actionable feedback to designers, guiding them throughout the production process.
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new creatives, translating strategy into effective briefs.
• Continuously benchmark competitor creatives and apply insights to elevate our internal standards.
• Act as a liaison between designers and User Acquisition Managers to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.
• Regularly update management on the status of the creative pipeline and production velocity.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in creative design and 3+ years in ad creative production.
• Proven experience managing high-volume creative pipelines across multiple formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital ads.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows.
• Ability to objectively evaluate creative quality and maintain high standards.
• Comfortable enforcing structure and discipline in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with performance metrics in paid advertising.
