Laboratory Technician - Quality Assurance (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Assurance team remotely. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products throughout the manufacturing process. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to food safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform specific analyses of raw materials unique to our site and prepare samples for external laboratory testing.
• Monitor analysis reports and implement corrective actions in case of non-conformance.
• Verify release controls and manage associated documentation, including inter-site sharing and archiving.
• Organize homogeneity tests and inter-lot transfers in collaboration with production teams.
• Develop and oversee cleaning plans with operational teams to maintain high standards.
• Manage sample libraries for inputs and finished products, ensuring proper documentation.
• Participate in quality service projects and propose continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

• BTS/DUT in a scientific field or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in an industrial or food processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
