Junior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Shape high-leverage product experiences by designing exceptional UI and UX—from early concepts to polished delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to turn rough ideas into interactive prototypes and integrate them with our design system.
• Prototype to validate ideas, moving quickly between lo-fi exploration and production-realistic prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers from day one to define UX requirements and make engineering-aware design decisions.
• Measure and improve design effectiveness by tracking funnels, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Identify product improvements that unlock business value and align stakeholders around these initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong reasoning ability with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Ambitious drive and a sense of responsibility for your work.
• Team spirit, with a willingness to support others and contribute to team success.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with design tools and methodologies.
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus, but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools in design processes.
• Previous internships or projects in product design.
