People Coordinator - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support
About the Role
Join Frontier Developments as a People Coordinator in this exciting remote opportunity! As a People Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR activities and enhancing the employee experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing comprehensive relocation support for those looking to settle in the United Kingdom.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering a professional and friendly service to our people managers and colleagues.
- Manage the shared HR inbox alongside other People Coordinators, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including diary management, correspondence, database maintenance, and payroll administration.
- Track, monitor, and report on key HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Independently manage HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and parental leave.
- Conduct new starter inductions and support onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain and update HRIS and benefits platforms, offering system support where needed.
- Assist with Global Mobility initiatives and onboarding to facilitate employee relocations.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Great listening skills and a personable, approachable manner to foster positive relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the business and engage relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role with an understanding of HR processes and employment legislation is a plus.

- Experience using a HR Information System.
- Keen interest in pursuing CIPD qualifications.
