Junior Motion Designer - Remote Animation Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Motion Designer to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

• Create 2D animations for mobile UI elements such as buttons, transitions, and loading states.
• Design splash screens, celebration animations, and visual effects (particles, glows, confetti).
• Animate simple avatars or characters when needed.
• Turn ideas and references into clean, polished animations.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure animations run smoothly inside the app.
• Revise work based on feedback to maintain a consistent animation style across the product.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, follow-through).
• Foundational skills in animation, motion graphics, or graphic design.
• Experience using any animation software.
• Clear communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
