Join Skinnify as a Junior Media Buyer in a fully remote position, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and scaling paid media campaigns for our innovative e-commerce brand. With a rapidly growing customer base of over 120,000, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing while contributing to the success of our fitness apparel line.

What You'll Do

• Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across various platforms, focusing on maximizing reach and engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Support daily performance monitoring and reporting to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad creatives and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Assist with conversion tracking and pixel setup to measure campaign success accurately.
• Monitor campaign metrics and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on paid media trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, preferably Meta (Facebook Ads).
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and digital advertising strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies to enhance ad effectiveness.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure campaign success.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large advertising budgets.
• Knowledge of other paid media platforms such as Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce environment.
