Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in IT consulting, systems support, technical business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including software, networks, cloud, data, or ERP systems.
- Ability to gather requirements and effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM/ERP platforms, or cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with excellent technical documentation skills.
- Fluent in English and based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
