What You'll Do

• Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems and tools.
• Conduct assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with system testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams on cross-functional projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Junior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years) experience in IT consulting, systems support, technical business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (software, networks, cloud, data, or ERP systems).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM/ERP platforms, or cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Technical documentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client expectations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
