Junior Customer Success Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Superchat. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while helping businesses enhance their communication with customers. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will develop a deep technical understanding of our product and serve as a central point of contact for our clients throughout their customer lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they successfully utilize Superchat.
  • Provide empathetic support and expert advice on new features and product updates.
  • Actively collect feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at elevating the customer experience.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English.
  • Strong curiosity for technology and eagerness to explore new tools and systems.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner with strong organizational skills.
  • High motivation to drive Superchat forward and contribute to its long-term success.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer success or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and customer engagement strategies.
