What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to enhance business processes.
• Experiment with modern AI tools to automate real business processes effectively.
• Work closely with department leads to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Prototype and test AI-powered workflows for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics.
• Connect AI tools with APIs, databases, and internal systems to streamline operations.
• Help teams understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Continuously iterate and improve automation systems based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Document workflows and share best practices across teams to ensure knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript is essential.
• Comfortable working with APIs and integrations to connect various systems.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• A curiosity about automation and emerging AI tooling that drives innovation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas simply and effectively.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to build practical solutions quickly.
