IT Trainer - Remote Position for IT Specialists

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team remotely. As an IT Trainer, you will provide essential training to IT specialists across Germany, focusing on various aspects of IT education. This remote IT Trainer position allows you to work flexibly while making a significant impact on the professional development of our participants.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging training sessions in software project management, database development, and web development.
• Teach programming languages such as Java and Python to adult learners.
• Introduce participants to network technology and IT security concepts.
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance training programs and share best practices.
• Utilize modern pedagogical methods to ensure effective learning experiences.
• Support the development of new training concepts and materials.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities provided by GFN.
• Provide feedback and assessments to participants to track their progress.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent degree.
• Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification if not already certified.
• Experience in adult education, preferably in funded programs.
• Current IT training certifications.
• Passion for teaching and strong competency in pedagogical methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
