We're hiring an IT Support Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Anthropic. In this role, you will ensure that our employees have the support they need to excel in their work. This position is perfect for someone who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Provide end-user support by triaging and resolving hardware, software, networking, and account issues primarily through our ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours.
  • Communicate effectively with users of all technical levels and maintain internal documentation.
  • Contribute to operational improvements, including automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Bash and Python.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting macOS endpoints.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
  • Experience with identity and access fundamentals, including SSO and MFA.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python for automation.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts.
  • Experience with networking basics like DNS and DHCP.
  • Contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support.
