About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee inventory accuracy and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across our distribution centers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery to over 100 stores.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the identification, analysis, and resolution of inventory control and warehouse management system issues, ensuring root causes are documented and improvement plans executed.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts, reports, reconciliations, and annual physical inventory oversight.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and create detailed reports on deficiencies, partnering with vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Assist management in evaluating work methods and staffing to achieve timely product processing.
  • Coach and develop associates through formal training programs and on-the-job feedback.
  • Drive accuracy by training staff on warehouse management systems and compliance reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers as needed.
  • Ensure a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or quality assurance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Open to relocation opportunities as they arise.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business, or Supply Chain.
  • Previous change management experience.
  • Knowledge of Catalyst or similar warehouse management systems.
