Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer is required.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
• Reliable access to a webcam and stable Internet connection is necessary.
• Preferred experience in conducting technical interviews to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide constructive feedback.
