International Talent Recruiter - Remote Support for Relocation

About the Role

We are seeking an International Talent Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities for international talent placement in Canada. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while helping candidates navigate the hiring and relocation process. As an International Talent Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and matching qualified international candidates with domestic employers.

What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
  • Match international talent with Canadian employers based on skill set, experience, and employer requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates and categorize them based on skills, industry, and job readiness.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing guidance on employer expectations, interview techniques, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers and follow up on feedback.
  • Provide end-to-end candidate support, from initial screening through job placement and relocation to Canada.
  • Assist candidates with documentation guidance, onboarding support, and transition requirements (as applicable).
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS or CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in staffing or international recruitment.
  • Experience working with international candidates or global hiring processes is an asset.
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Canadian hiring practices and labor market.
  • Familiarity with immigration or relocation processes.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries.
