• Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment and marketing tools.
• Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shortlist the most qualified individuals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates.
• Continuously advance your career in recruitment, especially within BPO industries.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, particularly in BPO industries.
• Strong communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Familiarity with recruitment and marketing tools.
