International Market Business Administration Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced International Market Business Administration Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage the administrative functions of the international market business department and lead a small administrative team, providing essential support to the Vice President of Prestige Market Promotions and the sales and service teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead a small administrative team to support the international market business department.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding arrangements with the HR department and management.
- Provide administrative support to gaming intermediaries.
- Manage internal communications, including coordinating and distributing documents, and timely follow-ups.
- Schedule team and management meetings, write meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.
- Support the administrative needs of the Vice President of International Market Business.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between all internal departments.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory levels.
- Manage files, reports, correspondence, memoranda, and other related business documents, maintaining the filing system for the Prestige Market Promotions department.
- Translate documents as needed.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department heads.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in casino marketing administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior management, the prestige marketing team, and other internal departments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a small administrative team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, both Chinese and English versions).
