• Coordinate viewings, inspections, and handovers for prospective tenants.
• Prepare contracts and maintain accurate data records.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth rental process.

Requirements

• You must be a registered student in a business-related field.
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex processes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various parties.
• A proactive approach to independent work and complex tasks.
• A service-oriented attitude with a passion for customer interaction.
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written, is essential.
