Integration Project Manager - Remote Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integration Project Manager to join our team on a fully remote, 12-month contract. What You'll Do
- Lead, coordinate, and manage integration projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management platforms.
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, promoting transparency, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate project updates, status meetings, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Uphold project management best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.
- Work closely with information security teams to ensure projects align with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify potential security risks within integration efforts and support implementation of necessary security measures.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, milestones, progress, and overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in Information Security or IT.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, and other PM tools.
- Strong understanding of information security concepts, policies, and principles.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISM, or CISSP are advantageous.
