About the Role

Constructor is seeking a talented Integration Engineer - Customer Developer Experience (Remote) to join our innovative team. As a fully remote company, we are dedicated to enhancing the e-commerce landscape through our pioneering search and product discovery platform. You'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining open-source UI components and client libraries that simplify the integration of Constructor's product discovery solutions into web and mobile applications.

What You'll Do

• Act as a technical partner to customers during onboarding and integration, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assist customers asynchronously by troubleshooting and validating data quality.
• Ship and maintain open-source TypeScript/React UI libraries, enhancing the user experience.
• Expand test coverage of open-source REST client SDKs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Write clear documentation, sample applications, and tutorials to support developers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs.
• Champion Developer Experience by creating intuitive tools that enhance usability.

Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript and React, with a strong understanding of modern web development practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Experience in writing documentation and tutorials that are clear and user-friendly.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration into applications.
• A passion for improving developer experience and creating impactful solutions.
