About the Role

Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a Remote Automation & AI Engineer to build AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency across the firm. As a key member of our team, you will develop, implement, and iterate new AI applications for internal use, contributing to our mission of making the legal system more accessible. What You'll Do

• Build, test, and deploy AI tools for various legal tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify AI opportunities that can streamline operations.
• Work closely with the CTO to ensure high-quality AI solutions are developed and maintained.
• Maintain and optimize existing AI tools to improve functionality and performance.
• Document functionalities and provide training for team members to ensure effective use of AI applications.
• Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML development and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in building practical AI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with law firm operations is helpful.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes.
• Previous experience in a legal tech environment.
