About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Housing Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will manage temporary housing solutions for clients in the insurance sector. As an Insurance Housing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication between clients and service providers.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage temporary housing accounts for insurance clients, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Utilize various software tools, including AdjustRite and CCC/PATHWAYS, for estimating and managing housing solutions.
  • Analyze data related to housing placements and client satisfaction to improve service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the claims process by providing necessary documentation and support to clients.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance housing sector.
  • Contribute to the growth of the account management pipeline by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the insurance or housing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and service providers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with estimating software such as AdjustRite and CCC/PATHWAYS.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B technology sales or account management.
  • Familiarity with insurance applications and ACORD forms.
  • Understanding of collision damage assessment and repair estimates.
