Institutional Sales Representative - Asia (Remote)

About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are hiring an Institutional Sales Representative - Asia (Remote) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our company by establishing and nurturing high-value client relationships in the digital asset industry.

What You'll Do

• Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities across all of Anchorage Digital’s business lines, including regulated custody, self-custody, staking, and brokerage.
• Lead sales efforts in Asia, creating a targeted strategy in collaboration with senior management.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events and building a network of clients and peers.
• Collaborate with various departments, including legal, product, and compliance, to effectively close deals and enhance client experience.
• Provide insights and market intelligence to inform our product roadmap and business strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in enterprise software or financial services sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the crypto industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
• Fluent command of English and native Mandarin.
• Proven track record in institutional B2B sales within digital assets and/or SaaS.

• Experience in closing deals and hitting sales targets in the crypto sector.
• Passion for the digital asset ecosystem and a strong network within the Asia market.
