About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Business Development Manager to join our team at Bitget, a leading digital assets ecosystem. This Institutional Business Development Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company that has over 120 million registered users. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the digital assets industry, ensuring secure, efficient, and smart digital transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and contact potential market makers, brokers, and other customer groups who utilize APIs as their primary trading tool.
  • Lead business negotiations to establish fair and reasonable cooperation terms, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously analyze the dynamics of the API trading market and competitor strategies to provide data support for product iterations and market strategies.
  • Provide technical support and business consultation to customers, solving problems and enhancing customer stickiness.
  • Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, focusing on key performance indicators such as new customer acquisition and API transaction volume growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales within financial institutions, Internet companies, or the blockchain industry.
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market and understanding of API trading systems, high-frequency trading, and quantitative trading.
  • Excellent business negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to accurately grasp customer needs.
  • Strong market acumen and the ability to adapt to market changes quickly.
  • Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English or Chinese.
