About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instagram Content & Growth Strategist - Remote to join our team at 111brands. In this role, you will manage and build our Instagram presence as a powerful growth and conversion tool. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute approximately 10-15 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Develop high-performing content formats from existing materials to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Create a comprehensive Instagram posting plan with specific goals tailored to our audience.
• Write engaging captions, reels, and stories that foster a deep connection between our brand and its community.
• Implement organic growth strategies, including polls and community actions, to boost interaction and follower count.

Requirements
