About the Role

Westman Atelier is seeking a highly engaged, socially fluent Influencer Relations Intern - Remote to contribute to a fast-growing, luxury beauty brand. This is a 12-week internship focused on influencer relations, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of beauty marketing and social media. As an Influencer Relations Intern - Remote, you will play a vital role in shaping our influencer strategies and expanding our brand's reach.

What You'll Do

  • Research and vet potential influencers to align with our brand values.
  • Maintain and expand our influencer database to ensure we have the most relevant contacts.
  • Assist with seeding and gifting programs to promote our products effectively.
  • Track influencer coverage and partnerships to measure impact and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop cohesive strategies that resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor industry trends in influencer marketing to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
  • Communicate effectively with influencers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize your excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for luxury beauty and the social media landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Prior internship experience in content or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok and its influencer landscape.
  • Brand experience in beauty is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player.
  • Must be available for flexible working hours.
