What You'll Do
- Actively acquire new customers, including private clients, investors, holiday home operators, and businesses.
- Consult and sell our Tiny Houses and modular homes, supported by our internal design office that prepares tailored proposals for customers.
- Develop and implement individual living solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with cities and municipalities to explore land proposals for potential projects.
- Present our innovative products at local events to drive awareness and interest.
- Collaborate with our team to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, ideally within real estate, prefabricated houses, or construction; career changers are welcome.
- A passion for sustainable living solutions and innovative construction concepts.
- Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Willingness to travel, along with a Class B driver's license.
- Good digital competence for utilizing digital tools such as a CRM system.
