About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic In-House Legal Intern to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for law students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in various legal areas, including contract drafting, compliance, and intellectual property. As an In-House Legal Intern, you will support our legal team in navigating complex legal issues and contribute to the development of our legal strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research on various topics including compliance and intellectual property.
  • Support the legal team in contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in meetings and take notes to summarize discussions and action items.
  • Help maintain and organize legal files and documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.
