Implementation Specialist - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our team at Seedtrust Escrow. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and establishing a trusting partnership. As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead the deployment of our CRM system, guiding clients from kickoff to go-live. What You'll Do
- Lead implementations end-to-end: discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor during rollout and beyond.
- Configure the CRM to align with real-world workflows while documenting decisions and system setups clearly.
- Train client teams on system usage and best practices to drive adoption and long-term success.
- Monitor client health and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, escalating bugs and product requests with clear detail and priority.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance implementation processes, documentation, data integrity, and system maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing software implementation or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex issues and find solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of running meetings, training users, and documenting processes clearly.
- Working knowledge of CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously while staying organized and following through.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with a team.
- C1 English Level Required.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting fertility, surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, or clinic program workflows.
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support, implementation, or customer success role.
