About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at Honor. This role is crucial in onboarding Care Professionals and Clients to our advanced Care Platform, ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with regulations. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the capacity to care for aging adults through technology and personalized service.

What You'll Do

• Lead the onboarding lifecycle for Care Professionals and Clients to the Care Platform.
• Conduct needs assessments and verify care plans to ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication and lead meetings to align on business objectives.
• Refine client information and assess transition risks to mitigate potential issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support various operational needs and compliance requirements.
• Travel approximately 30-40% of the time to support onboarding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements and regulations.
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, customer service, or compliance roles.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, home care, or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of employment compliance and care delivery regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
