About the Role

We are seeking a talented IAM Architect - Access Management / CIAM - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure access for users across various platforms. Your expertise in IAM technologies will be crucial in enhancing our cybersecurity posture and improving user experience.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement IAM solutions, focusing on access management and customer identity and access management (CIAM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Utilize technologies such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID to deliver robust identity solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM architecture and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding IAM best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, demonstrating the value of IAM solutions to potential clients.
• Lead project management efforts for IAM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including SSO, MFA, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and IAM solutions like CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in a cybersecurity environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in IAM technologies or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of SIEM and SOAR technologies.
