About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern - Remote to join our team and support the HR function for a globally distributed organization. As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR administration for a global team.

What You'll Do

• Help build a light-lift L&D system using BambooHR.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials.
• Gain hands-on experience using HRIS.
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Draft and create training materials.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in special HR projects and research.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Interest in learning and development.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
