About the Role

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR strategy and initiatives that support our business objectives. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals.
• Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
• Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.
• Effectively engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience for HRBP role.
• Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of Human Resources experience OR a Master’s degree AND 3 years of Human Resources experience for Principal HRBP role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines.
• Experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• Current/active DoD clearance.
