Human Resources Business Partner - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR strategy and initiatives that support our business objectives. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals.
- Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
- Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.
- Effectively engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience for HRBP role.
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of Human Resources experience OR a Master’s degree AND 3 years of Human Resources experience for Principal HRBP role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines.
- Experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Workday.
- Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense.
- Current/active DoD clearance.
