What You'll Do

  • Participate in a paid full-time internship from June to August 2026.
  • Work alongside teams in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth.
  • Engage in networking opportunities with industry leaders through a Speaker Series.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development events to enhance your skills.
  • Collaborate on research initiatives and present findings to an Executive Panel.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
  • Engage in field trips and social events to build connections.
  • Gain skills in client engagement, policy administration, and market research.

Requirements

  • Open to college students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
  • Some college experience is required (no degree necessary).
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player with a desire to help others.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have
