What You'll Do
- Participate in a paid full-time internship from June to August 2026.
- Work alongside teams in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth.
- Engage in networking opportunities with industry leaders through a Speaker Series.
- Participate in workshops and professional development events to enhance your skills.
- Collaborate on research initiatives and present findings to an Executive Panel.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
- Engage in field trips and social events to build connections.

Requirements
- Open to college students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Some college experience is required (no degree necessary).
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.

- Team player with a desire to help others.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
