HR Trainee - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Trainee to join our dynamic team at SRAM. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in human resources while working remotely. As an HR Trainee, you will be guided through various HR functions over an 18-month period, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the local HR team with employee inquiries regarding HR topics and processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage HR administration tasks such as creating employment contracts, maintaining personnel data, and preparing process descriptions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and support legal compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in local health management initiatives and assist with workplace integration management.
  • Engage in HR projects focused on digitalization, organization, and community development.
  • Support training organization and feedback processes to enhance employee development.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Some practical experience in HR (e.g., internships, working student roles) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong willingness to learn, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with labor law basics.
  • Experience in health management initiatives.
  • Interest in digital transformation within HR.
