What You'll Do

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, Digital HR, or HR Transformation within large enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of Workday/HCM ecosystems, integrations, and platform optimization.
- Proven track record in delivering automation and AI-enabled HR services.
- Experience operating in matrixed global organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong governance mindset regarding privacy, risk, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence HR, IT, and business leadership.
