About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and facilitating upcoming roles within the company.
• List job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms to attract candidates.
• Perform initial candidate screening through CV reviews and discussions.
• Manage the scheduling and logistics aspects of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on candidate profiles.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize digital frameworks to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand for Attesa Coffee.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
